2 cup, flaked and pieces Blue Crab 16 oz Cream Cheese .5 cup Sour Cream 4 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 1.5 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 6 tsp Splenda .5 tsp Garlic powder .25 fl oz Lemon Juice
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 30 minutes, serve with chips, fried wantons or pork rinds
