Lana's Black Beans

Ingredients
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 2 serving Mini Sweet Bell Peppers (3 peppers to a svg) 1 1/2 cup Dry Black Bean (by GINGRBREADCHICK) Chipotle pepper to taste
Directions
Place beans in pot, soak beans overnight in water. Rinse beans, fill pot within one and a half inch from rim. Add onion, sweet peppers, chipotle pepper, garlic clove and ground pepper. Boil for two hours stirring and adding water as needed. When beans are done salt to taste.
