Cheesy Potato Soup

.0125 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne .25 tsp Pepper, black .25 tsp Dill weed, dried 1.34 cup 2% Cheddar Cheese, shredded 1 cup Fat Free Milk 3 cups reduced sodium chicken broth1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 cup diced Potato, raw 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1. Melt butter in stock pan and saute the onions until soft. Add the diced potatoes and the chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook until potatoes are tender, 15 - 20 minutes depending on the size of the potatoes.
2. Take half the potatoes and put in a blender and puree. Add back to the remaining potatoes and add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a low boil and simmer for 5 - 10 minutes.
