Ingredients
1 cup, quartered or chopped Apples, fresh with skin 5 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.33 cup Milk -Silk Pure Almond Milk, unsweetened vanilla 2.25 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 serving Stevia in the Raw
Directions
grind apple in food processor, mix with eggs, milk, almond flour, cinnamon, and 1 Tbls stevia.
spray non stick pan, with oil, pour pancake size spoon fuls into fry, 4-5 min per side.
