2 cup slices Carrots, cooked 1 serving 1 med yellow onion (by TODD7623) 8 cloves Garlic 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 1 serving Japanese Tasty Curry Sauce Mix (S&B) (20g) (by STEFFY44) .5 tbsp Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread 1 cup Chick Peas
Directions
saute onions, garlic, and carrots. Add chickpeas.
Add water and dissolve curry mix in water, add jalapeno pepper and simmer until veggies are desired softness.

Serving Size: 3-4 servings with rice.
