Simple Scallops

Ingredients
2 unit 2 large or 5 small Scallops, raw 2 tbsp Coconut Oil Organic - Spectrum Naturals 2 clove Garlic 1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
Directions
Rinse and pat dry the scallops. Melt coconut oil in pan, add garlic and scallops. Saute with lemon juice until lightly browned about 3 minutes on each side. Serve with a veggie salad. Enjoy.
