Rolled Grapeleaves (Yebrat)

Ingredients
16 oz lean Ground beef1 cup parboiled Golden Rice, long grain1 tbsp Allspice0.5 tsp Salt 50 Grape Leaves 1 cup diced Rhubarb juice of one whole lemon 2 cloves Garlic, minced
Directions
Mix beef, rice, allspice, salt, and 1/3 cup water. Lay leaves vein side up, form a small amount of meat mixture along stem end of leaf, and roll up, tucking edges in. Stack rolls in heavy-bottomed pot and top with rhubarb. Cover with water, bring to a boil, and simmer for ~45 min. Add garlic and lemon juice and simmer 15 min more.
