0.5 cup, chopped Pecans 0.5 cup, chopped Walnuts 6 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 0.33 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 serving Log Cabin Sugar Free Syrup 6 serving EAS whey protein - 1 scoop=30gr or 23gr of dry powder = protein and 130 calories
1. Process dry ingredients in food processor.
2. Pour into large mixing bowl.
3. Add eggs, syrup, peanut butter, then mix thoroughly.
4. Spray a cooking dish with pam. Add dough and flatten out.
5. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees
