Chicken potato skillet

Ingredients
3 Cubed potatos12 oz diced skinless chicken breast6 sliced mushrooms2Tbsp olive oil2 tsp minced garlic1 medium onion finely diced.5 cup shredded colby cheese
Directions
In large non stick skillet heat olive oil over med-high heat and ad potatos. Stir a few minutes then ad the chicken and vegitables. Cook until all ingredients are cooked through, turn heat down to a simmer and sprinkle cheese over the top. Allow cheese to melt, turn off the heat and serve.
