Creamy Spiced Yogurt

Ingredients
1/2 cup Yogurt, Plain1/4 cup Scallions2 tsp Ginger Root, chopped1 tsp sugar1/4 tsp Cumin, ground2 Garlic Cloves, chopped1/2 juice of one Lime1 Tbsp Cilantro, driedSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients except yogurt together in small bowl until well blended. Add yogurt and still well. May allow to rest in refrigerator for 1-2 hours for flavors to blend. Chill until ready to serve.

Makes approximately five 2-Tablespoon servings.
