Ingredients
0.66 stick Butter, salted 3 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream 0.50 tsp Thyme, ground 7 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 0.50 cup White Rice, medium grain 1 cup Onion 1 tbsp Garlic 1 serving Chicken Andoulle Sausage 0.50 tsp Penzeys Spiices, Berbere .5 tsp Salt 1 dash CLICK HERE TO SEE FOOD SEARCH RESULTS
Directions
Saut� onion and garlic in butter until soft. Add broth, squash, and spices and simmer until the squash is soft � about half hour. Pur�e soup in batches and return to kettle. Add rice and one sausage chopped up and cook until the rice is done. Add in the cream, stir, and serve.
