Ingredients
4 serving Egg Beaters, original - 1/4 cup 4 serving La Banderita Flour Tortillas (6 inch tortilla) .5 cup Cheese, Kraft 2% Milk Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 4 tbsp Hormel Bacon Bits .5 cup Mushrooms, canned
Directions
Peel and dice potato. Saute in skillet until golden and soft. Add egg beaters & bacon. Cook until egg beaters are set. Add shredded cheese. Scoop even amounts into 4 flour torillas and roll.
