Filling:.25 cup cold water1 cup 1% low fat cottage cheese 12 oz 1/3 less fat Cream Cheese.33 cup Lime Juice 10 leaf Spinach, fresh 2.5 tbs of Sweet Blend (THM)1 tbsp Just Gelatin (THM) .25 cup hot water (not boiling).5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Topping:Whipping Cream Super Sweet Blend 2-3 tsps (THM)
1. sprinkle gelatin onto the cold water
2. all other ingredients into a blender except hot water
3. mix the gelatin into the hot water then place in blender
4. topping pour whipping cream and sweetener in a jar and shake until thickened
