Turkey, Kale and Squash Soup

Ingredients
42 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 tbsp Olive Oil 2 cup, diced Celery, raw 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 6 clove Garlic 8 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 1.5 cup Beans, black 3.5 cup Beans, white 4 cup, chopped Kale 3 cup, cubes Butternut Squash 2 tsp dried basil2 tsp dried thyme1 Tbls Cumin1 Tbls Garam MasalaS & P to taste
Directions
Brown turkey in olive oil. Add celery, onion and garlic and cook until soft. Add stock and remaining ingredients. Let simmer for 30 minutes.
