Easy Minestrone Soup

Ingredients
16 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 8 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium .5 tbsp Basil 1 tsp Oregano, ground .25 tsp Pepper, black 6 oz Barilla Pastina (by MEGABYTEMOMM) 1 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen 434 gram(s) cannelini bean drained, ALDI canned (by SYAMAN) 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Brown beef in large pot. Slice carrots, add to beef along with celery and onion. Cook about 10 minutes. Add broth and spices. Cover and simmer 30 mins. Stir in pasta and spinach, cook about 10 mins until pasta is tender. Add beans and cheese, heat thoroughly. Serve with addl cheese, if desired.
