Smoked Sausage & Veggie Pasta

Ingredients
1 Hillshire Farm Turkey Smoked Sausage, sliced1 can Hunt's Roasted Garlic & Onion Pasta Sauce 1 medium onion, chopped 2 cup sliced mushrooms 2 cups sliced zucchini 3 cups Publix Tri Color Rotini Pasta 1 large Yellow Bell Pepper1 cup 2% Kraft Colby & Monterey Jack CheeseOlive oil cooking spray
Directions
1 - Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook pasta according to package directions.

2 - Meanwhile, coat a large skillet with the olive oil cooking spray and place over medium high heat. Add onion, mushrooms, zucchini, and bell pepper, and cook until soft. Add sausage and cook for another 5 minutes or so. Add sauce and heat through.

3 - When pasta is cooked, drain and add to skillet. Toss until well combined. Place mixture in a greased glass baking dish and top with cheese. Put in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings.
