Hamburger mushroom bake

Ingredients
.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw .5 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 8 oz Ground beef, lean 3 oz Cream Cheese 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Spinach, fresh 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tsp Lawray's Season Salt (by NASCARSTACEY) .5 cup Cheese - Kraft Mozzerella Shredded 2 tsp Parsley, dried
Directions
Sauté onion, celery hamburger seasoned with a little of the salt and pepper. Pat in bottom of baking dish. Blend up cream cheese with egg until smooth. Mix into gr. Beef. Chop spinach and add to mixture. Chop mushrooms and saute in butter seasoning with salt and pepper..add parsley. When browned, add over hamburger mix... Top with grated cheese and bake 350 for 20 min. Until bubbly. Let sit a minute to firm up... Makes 4 squares
