Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.50 tsp Cloves, ground 0.50 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 dash Salt 1.25 tsp Baking Soda 1 cup Pecan Meal 0.75 cup Bob's Red Mill Hazelnut Meal/Flour 0.50 tsp Almond Extract .75 cups Almond Flour 4 tbsp Butter, salted .25 cups Coconut Flour4 tbsp Creamed coconut .5 cups Erythritol.5 cups Stevia in the Raw
Directions
Mix dry ingredients except sweeteners well. Whisk together wet ingredients, Stevia and Erythritol. Combine wet and dry ingredients and drop by 20 gram spoonfuls IN silicon mini muffin pan. Bake at 350º for 18 minutes. A couple more minutes if you like them crunchy. Let cool for 10 minutes.
Cook in the 8x12 pan for 20 minutes
Serving Size: Makes about 31 cookies @ 20g each.
