Ingredients
1/2 c while chicken meat - rotisery chicken1/2 c dark chichen meat - rotisery chicken3 T light mayo 3 tsp dijon mustard1 T salt free dried herb mix of your choice
Directions
Cut chicken in to small chunks. Mix with mayo, mustard and herb mix. Serve as a sandwhich or on a salad

    I love this recipe! As someone else suggested I added a hard boiled egg, YUM! Also, the first time I made this I didn't realize that I was out of Dijon mustard, so I just used yellow and I really liked it like that! - 7/19/08

    Found that the amount of mayo was too much so just added 1 TBSP and also just added 1 tsp of Dijon. Didn't like the mixture of dark and white meat so when I make it again, I'll only make it with white meat. Didn't add the herb seasonings for the Dijon was enough for me. - 6/23/08
