Ingredients
.5 serving Onion - Yellow - 1 Cup (by ***DEBRA***) .4 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 0.3 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked .3 cup Best Choice Broccoli Florets 3 serving Bacon, Wright Smoked Bacon - 2 slices 2 serving Hillshire Farm Deli Select Black Forest Ham Ultra Thin 2oz (56g) 8 slice (1 oz) Swiss Cheese 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tbsp Canola Oil .3 tsp Nutmeg, ground 4 serving Extra Large egg, fresh (1 egg)
Directions
mix veggies and oil & sautee with the oil until liquid is about gone. Mix eggs, cheese and rest together. Spray the quiche pan, put veggies/meat mix in. Sprinkle/lay cheese over top. Then take egg mixture and pour evenly over top. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Take out & let eggs set for 10 minutes. Serve
