Ingredients
7 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 oz Jimmy Dean Maple Sausage (cooked) .25 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 ring (3" dia, 1/4" thick) Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 3 strips Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 0.5 cup Spinach, frozen 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 0.25 tsp 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard (by SOFTTHUNDER)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare muffin tin by lightly coating each cup with ghee, butter or oil. Mix all ingredients then pour into muffin tin almost filling each. Bake until firm, approximately 15-20 minutes. Can serve immediately or refrigerate (or freeze) until ready to eat.
