Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
3.75 cup Green Giant Cauliflower Crumbles 2 tbsp Land O Lakes Unsalted Sweet Butter .5 cup milk, 2% Reduced Fat
Directions
If you're using the "steam in the package" type of cauliflower, follow those instructions to cook the cauliflower. If you're not, steam your cauliflower as usual. Once cooked to the consistency you desire, empty in a bowl and "mash" the cauliflower (or leave them as crumbles...that's what I did) or blend them in a blender along with the milk and butter. Season with salt and pepper to your liking; blend to the consistency of your liking.
