4 cup Spaghetti Squash 4 tbsp Butter, salted 4 tsp packed Brown Sugar
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line large baking sheet with aluminum foil. Cut squash in half, spread a tablespoon of butter over flesh and place on foil, face down. Bake approx. 30 minutes. Flip over squash and spread remaining butter over squash and sprinkle with brown sugar. Return to oven and bake cut side up for approx. 10 more minutes. Spoon into bowl and serve.
