1 lb Ground Turkey1 Onion Chopped16 oz Tomato Sauce½ tsp Dried Basil3 cloves Garlic minced1 tsp Italian Seasoning1 large Peppers2 cups Mushrooms1 bunch Broccoli8 Reduced Fat Buttermilk Biscuits (Refrigerated)1.25 cups Reduced Fat Mozerella Cheese
1) Preheat oven to 350. Brown meat over medium, stir in onion, tomato sauce, basil, garlic, and italian seasoning.
2) Add veggies, quartered biscuits and meat mixture to a 9x13" baking pan.
3) Bake for 25 minutes.
4) Sprinkle with cheese and bake for an additional 10 mins.
