Barbeque Pork with Mop Sauce

Ingredients
2 tbsp Packed Dark Brown Sugar1 tbsp Paprika1 tbsp Chili Powder1.5 tsp Ground Cumin1 tsp Salt¼ tsp Cayenne2 Pork Tenderloins (or 6 Chicken Breast)⅓ cup Ketchup¼ cup Cider Vinegar2 tbsp Molasses2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
1) Prepare spice rub by mixing brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, cayenne, and pepper in a bowl.

2) Rub spice on meat and let stand for 15 minutes.

3) Prepare sauce by mixing ketchup, vinegar, molasses, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.

4) Rub meat with remaining rub and grill for ~15 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.

    Great smokey flavor & twang from the vinegar! I had to guess how much vinegar & ketchup to add because the amounts are missing from the recipe. I must have guessed right because it turned out great. I put all the ingredients in a saucepan; added cooked, chopped roast beef; and heated thoroughly. - 12/28/10

    This is very good! I've made it several times from the Weight Watchers New Complete Cookbook! It's one of our favorites. We dont use anything else for BBQ now. It is very good on ribs and chicken! - 7/28/08
