spice cake w/apples

Ingredients
1 serving Spice Cake Mix - Betty Crocker - 1/12 pckg (by ELIZAREDD) 16 tbsp GV sour cream (by AMMAKAY) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.33 cup Apple Pie Filling - Great Value (by POPEYETHETURTLE) 0.33 cup Apple Pie Filling - Great Value (by POPEYETHETURTLE) 1 cup, shredded Coconut, raw 0.66 cup Marshmellow, mini (by HAAPPY)
Directions
place apples on the bottom of the rock crock. In a bowl mix 1 2/3 cup of spice cake mix, 8 oz sour cream, 1 egg and 1/2 cup of coconut. spoon cake mixture over apples. Cover rock crock with lid and bake in rock crock for 12 minutes. Remove from microwave and cover top of cake with single layer of mini marshmellows and 1/2 cup of coconut. place under broiler until marshmellos are toasted.
