2015 Flynn Sweet Potato Souffle

4 serving sweet potatoe small (by DMSTAUB324) 0.5 cup Butter, unsalted 0.25 cup Granulated Sugar 0.5 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 10.7 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream 2 serving 2 eggs, lightly beaten (by CLEMENTSUE) 0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground 3 cup of miniature Marshmallow Candy
Boil sweet potatoes for about one hour, until soft. Drain, slip skins off, and mash the potatoes in a large bowl. Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees F. Add all ingredients except Marshmallows to mashed Sweet Potatoes. Pour into buttered 4 qt. baking dish and bake until center of souffle is set, about 40-45 minutes. Raise oven temperature to 475 F. Cover top of souffle with marshmallows. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes for marshmallows to brown.
