2015 Chrisekos John Thin German Pancakes

Ingredients
2 cup Flour, white 1 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup 1.5 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Wisk together to remove large lumps in a large bowl
preheat oil in pan at medium
Pour thin layer into bottom of pan on medium heat
One pancake begins to bubble on top flip and cook for 30-45 seconds until brown
Serve with maple syrup
