Splenda Oatmeal Chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup of Flour1 cup of oats/oatmeal3/4 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1/4 c+ 2tbsp. Splenda sugar Blend for Baking1/4c of Splenda Brown sugar blend1/3 cup of butter1 tsp. vanilla1 large egg1/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Mix flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Put Splenda Baking blend, Splenda Brown sugar baking blend and butter in large bowl. Beat with mixer until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla.
Slowly add flour to sugar mixture and beat at low speed until blended well. Stir in chocolate chips. If the batter looks too dry, I sometimes have to add about a tbsp. of milk.
Form into balls or drop on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 10 mins.
Makes 30 cookies

    I liked the recipe but I added a 1/2 cup of rasins which I really liked and I had to add a little more than a tbsp of milk. - 5/14/08
