SWEET CHERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients
1/2 cup fruit (I use sweet frozen cherries)1/2 cup plain yogurt1 cup soy milk or 1% milk1 Tbsp Grapeseed Oil (If you have it)1 Scoop Protein Powder (I use Control Meal Replacement Protein )Place in blender and mis thoroughly. Drink up!The cherries are proven by me for use in place of a pain reliever and relieves pain. I have artiritis in her back, neck & shoulders and cannot take Tylenol or any other pan reliever, such as Excedrin, Advil, Aleve or Ibuprofen.
