Cream of Mushroom soup

Ingredients
0.50 cup Half and Half Cream 0.50 tbsp Butter, unsalted 2 cup (8 fl oz) Soup, beef broth bouillon and consomme, canned, condensed, commercial 0.50 tsp Garlic 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 tbsp flour white 1 1tsp Olive Oil .5 tsp onion powder salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Saute mushrooms with garlic in the butter and olive oil. Add onion powder. Blend in flour and stir. Add broth and heat until slightly thickened. Stir in cream and heat through until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste
