Ingredients
.50 cup Oats, Quaker 6 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated 13 gram(s) Designer Whey Protein - 100 Good for you Calories 100% Whey Protein Powder - 1 scoop (26 grams) .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground .50 tsp Vanilla Extract .50 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Place rolled oats and milk in a bowl and microwave for two minutes. Add whey, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract. Mix well, add cream mix well. Place in pint canning jar and seal lid. Refrigerate overnight. These may be made ahead of time for the whole week.
