Ingredients
8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.2 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 35 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw .25 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
Directions
Moderately chop and soften onions and peppers by sauteeing in a frying pan (use coconut oil), cut ends off broccoli, whisk eggs together with salt and pepper to taste, add vegetables to eggs, pour into baking dish, bake at 350° for 20 min
