Ingredients
48 oz Boneless Cross Rib Pot Roast 1 cup Campbell's Beef Broth (by KERK72) 4 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 3 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Honey 4 clove Garlic
Directions
Place roast beef into the insert of your slow cooker. In a 2-cup measuring cup, mix together all remaining ingredients. Pour over roast beef and set the timer for your slow cooker. (4 hours on High or 6-8 hours on Low)

    I started mine to late to put in the crock pot , I cooked it in my cast iron dutch oven. 3 hours or so at 300 degrees, came out very tender! I think next time I will add onions to it. There was plenty of juice which was very tasty! - 2/21/18
