Pepperoni Pizza Chicken Bake

16 oz spaghetti or pasta of your choice16 oz tomato sauce, divided (pizza, pasta, marinara, whatever you like)2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast, pounded and cut into pieces8 slices Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese approx. 17 slices turkey pepperoni1 cup waterFresh basil leavessalt and pepper
Preheat oven to 425.
Spray a 9x13" baking dish with nonstick spray. Mix water and half the tomato sauce in the bottom of the dish, place dry spaghetti in sauce mixture.
Arrange chicken on top of pasta, sprinkle with salt and pepper, pour remaining tomato sauce on top.
Place basil leaves, then pepperoni, then cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes, until cheese is bubbly
