4 10oz tins diced tomatoes with green chilies (Kroger) (or Rotel)1lb ground beef (93/7)1 brown onion, chopped .5 cup dry black beans, soaked overnight2.5 tsps chill powder (or to taste) .5 oz Baker's Unsweetened Baking Chocolate 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Cumin, ground
- Brown beef in a bit of coconut oil
- add rest of ingredients and stir.
Let simmer until its exactly how you like it
Add any condiment you want, but don't forget to add it to your tracker :)
