Ingredients
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 6 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 2 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 1 crust, single 9" Pie crust, standard-type, dry mix, prepared, baked
Directions
Slice tomatoes 1/4 inch wide drain on paper towels.
Bake pie crust in deep dish plate. Let cool.
Sprinkle grated chews on bottom of crust.
Layer tomatoes, basil, salt& pepper and cheese. Repeat layering for 3 layers, topping with the chees. Bake for 30 minutes at 375. Serve at room temp or cold.
