Apple Galette made with Puff Pastry- six servings

Ingredients
1.5 oz Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheet Ready-to-Bake 4 serving Apple Medium raw without skin (by WORDWENCH) 2 tsp Granulated Sugar .33 tsp Cinnamon, ground .13 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 1tsp Canola Oil 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted
Directions
preheat oven to 400
begin to sauté apples in oil & butter
add sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg
stir until apples caramelize a bit

roll out puff pastry

spoon apples onto rolled crust leaving room around the edge

fold edge up over filling, pleat and crimp

place in oven for 15 to 18 minutes

When the crust is crisp and golden brown It is ready

Serving Size: each serving is one sixth of the galette
