Darjeeling Risotto Rice

2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 0.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.50 tbsp Honey 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 cup Arborio Rice (Risotto Rice), Dry, Uncooked 6 cup Lacas Darjeeling Tea 20 gram(s) Green Chiles, fresh chopped
Put onion, butter, EVOO, honey, and chiles in a microwave safe rice cooker.
Cook on high for 3 minutes
Add 1 cup risotto style rice. stir well, cover
Microwave on high for 2 minutes
Add 1 cup Darjeeling tea (brewed with water), stir and cover
Microwave on high for 5 minutes
Add 1 cup Darjeeling water, stir, and cover
Microwave on high for 5 minutes
Add 1 cup of Darjeeling water, stir, and do NOT cover
microwave on high for 10 minutes.
Serving Size: Make 2 portions of rice side
Cook on high for 3 minutes
Add 1 cup risotto style rice. stir well, cover
Microwave on high for 2 minutes
Add 1 cup Darjeeling tea (brewed with water), stir and cover
Microwave on high for 5 minutes
Add 1 cup Darjeeling water, stir, and cover
Microwave on high for 5 minutes
Add 1 cup of Darjeeling water, stir, and do NOT cover
microwave on high for 10 minutes.
Serving Size: Make 2 portions of rice side
