Zucchini Spaghetti with Lean Turkey Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
20 oz Jenni-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast (by GRTMOMX3) 3 cup *Ro Tel Original diced tomatoes and green chilies (by GREENDRAGONESS) 1 serving Fire Roasted Tomatoe & Feta Pasta with Shrimp(allrecipes.com) (by POWEN1027) 3.5 cup Kroger Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes 5 serving Kroger Tomato Paste (6oz) 1250 grams Zucchini
Directions
Brown 1 Package of Extra Lean Ground Turkey using a pan lightly sprayed with Pam Spray Oil

Add spices to taste. I used:
Salt
Pepper
Shallot-Pepper

Brown the ground turkey

Add wet ingredients:
2 cans (14.5oz cans) Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
1 can (10oz) Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes in Green Chilis
1 can (6oz) Tomato Paste

Mix and let simmer to allow flavors to absorb into turkey.

Use a Zucchini Spaghetti maker to make spaghetti-type noodles. [Each serving uses 1 medium (275gram/10oz) Zucchini]

Light spray a clean pan with Pam Cooking Spray. Once heated, pour in zucchini noodles and brown for appx two minutes.

Add Pasta Sauce and stir to coat noodles for appx 2 more minutes.

Take off heat and let sit for 5 minutes.

Enjoy.
