Slow cooker beef stroganoff

Ingredients
2.25 lbs beef round, cubed1 onion chopped1 8oz package sliced mushrooms1 packet McCormick's beef stroganoff seasoning1 cup water1 TBSP paprika (optional but really adds flavor)1 cup lowfat sour cream
Directions
add all ingredients except for the sour cream to crockpot.

Cook on low for 8 hrs or on high for 4 hrs. Stir in sour cream till blended and cook for 10 minutes.

**Tip**
I mixed half a container of lowfat sour cream with half a container of fat-free sour cream to cut down on fat.

Serve over rice or noodles.
