1.5 cup Refried beans, ROSARITA, refried beans, traditional 3 serving El Pollo Loco, Spanish Rice 1 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 serving McCormick Enchilada Sauce Mix (2 tsp dry mix) (by BEARCATFAN2) 3 serving Chips, Tortilla, Santitas, about 9 chips 1 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned
Brown HB with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and green chilies. Layer ingredients starting with crushed chips and use very little cheese each time. Mix enchilada sauce, but don't cook and pour over each layer. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes and top with leftover cheese for last 5 minutes.
