Vegetable Broth

Ingredients
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 cup Kale 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 3 clove Garlic 1 tsp Sea Salt 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne (optional)2 quarts distilled or pure water
Directions
Chop all vegetables,
add to water,
Bring to boil.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Strain the liquid and discard the veggies.
If you like throw in the red pepper,
