3 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 6 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving) 6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 4 tbsp Honey 2 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
Bring all ingredients except oats to a low simmer. Stir in oats. Cook on low - medium for 20 minutes. Cool oatmeal down and portion into muffin tins sprayed with Pam for Baking (.25c per well). Freeze muffin tins until oatmeal is solid (at least 4 hours). Run the bottom of the muffin tins under hot water - the oatmeal pucks should release from the tin. Put the frozen pucks in a freezer bag and keep in the freezer until you are ready to eat. Take two pucks and microwave for 2-3 minutes until hot. Top with your favorite hot cereal mix-ins (dried fruit, nuts, more milk, etc.)
