3 cup Great Value Old Fashioned Oatmeal (dry) 2 scoops Dymatize ISO 100 Gourmet Vanilla Protein Powder (by DAYMONM2) 1/2 cup Splenda 1 cup Coconut Oil, slightly melted2 tbsp Honey 2 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 1/4 cup Splenda1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
Mix first three ingredients. In a separate bowl mix 1/2 cup Splenda, coconut oil, honey & vanilla extract. Combine all ingredients.
In a small bowl stir Splenda and cinnamon together.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
After rolling dough in to balls place in sugar/cinnamon mixture and place on sprayed cookie sheet.
You may want to flatten slightly as baking will not flatten them much.
Bake for 7 minutes and place on wire rack to cool.
