Ingredients
2 cans (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup 2 cooked & diced boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 cup Mayonaisse 1 tbsp lemon juice .5 tsp Curry powder .5 cup Milk Whole2 cups broccoli florets, barely steamed1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together soup, mayo, lemon juice, curry powder and milk.
In 9x13 casserole dish spread the chicken, then the broccoli.
Pour the soup mixture over the top.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
