Coquito (Puerto Rican Coconut Eggnog)

Ingredients
12 fl oz Evaporated Milk 14 fl oz Sweetened Condensed Milk 15 fl oz Sweetened Cream of Coconut 15 fl oz Coconut Milk 3 cups Rum 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 Cinnamon Sticks 1 Vanilla Bean, split lengthwise1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Directions
Combine condensed milk, coconut cream, evaporated milk and coconut milk in a blender and blend until well combined.

Add rum, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon and blend again.

Pour into a pitcher and add cinnamon sticks and vanilla bean. Cover and chill in your refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
