crock pot loaded potato soup

Ingredients
10 tbsp Hormel Bacon Bits 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 can (10.75 oz), prepared Soup, cream of potato, canned, prepared with equal volume water, commercial 4 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 10 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives 2 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
cook 3-4 hours in the crockpot on high all ingredients but the cheese. when done sprinkle cheese in until it melts
