Creamy Crab Cocktail Cup

1 cup Low fat cream cheese 3/4 cup store-bought Cocktail Sauce 1 pound lump crabmeat 1/2 cup uncooked celery, minced 1/2 cup uncooked Shallots, minced3 tbsp Capers1/2 cup Avocados, chopped3 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives, chopped 1 medium Lemon, cut into 8 wedges
Line up eight 9-oz plastic or glass cups (or very small glass bowls). In each cup, layer 2 Tbsp cream cheese. 1 1/2 Tbsp cocktail sauce, 2 oz. crab, 1 Tbsp celery, 1 Tbsp. shallot, a heaping tsp capers & 1 Tbsp. avocado; garnish with chives & serve with lemon. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
