Vegan Gravy

Ingredients
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil 1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 tbsp Kal Nutritional Yeast Flakes 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 1/2 cup Vegetable Broth 1/4 tsp Sage, ground 1/2 cup water
Directions
Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Saute onion and garlic until soft and translucent. Stir in flour, nutritional yeast, and Saute stirring often util lightly browned. Gradually whisk in the broth, soy sauce and water. Season with sage, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer, stirring constantly, for 8 to 10 minutes, or until thickened.
